Our relationship is a real family business with over forty years of experience. It produces flowering garden plants. Personal contact is a very important item, the lines are short and the organizational structure is flat. The nursery is located in the Noordoostpolder/The Netherlands and is one of the largest and most modern nurseries in Europe. The company is innovative and produces plants of excellent quality. The entire process from seed and cutting to end product is managed in-house.
Functieomschrijving
You and your team(s) ensure that the orders are prepared for the retail clients both in the Netherlands and abroad. Together you ensure that the customers receive the best plants. You instruct, motivate and monitor your team(s), ensure that the quality is guaranteed, enter registrations in the computer system and take care of the preparatory work so that your people are able to do their work properly. During the season it may be necessary to also work on Saturdays.

- You have several years of work experience in a similar position
- Several years of experience in greenhouse horticulture is an advantage
