For the European retail market, we are searching for an ambitious, energetic, and driven Technical Consultant Europe.
Functieomschrijving
As Technical Consultant Europe, you are part of the European Sales Team and report to the Sales Director Europe. You act as a technical sparring partner for existing and potential customers and work closely with Key Account Managers and other colleagues across the organization. You combine strong technical expertise with commercial insight and actively contribute to the clients innovation ambitions.
What will you do?
- Develop tailor-made quality concepts and treatment instructions for customers throughout the supply chain
- Support customers in solving quality-related challenges and improving productivity, flower quality, and vase life
- Identify and analyze market opportunities for new and existing products and their applications
- Regularly visit existing and potential customers across Europe
- Present the products and quality concepts throughout the chain, focusing on both technical and commercial aspects
- Identify market trends and development opportunities
- Proactively share market insights with colleagues to help develop and successfully market the right products and services.

Wat wij zoeken
- A bachelor’s degree in Horticulture or a related field
- A strong interest in floriculture and several years of relevant work experience in the sector
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Europe
- A strong motivation to learn and continuously develop yourself
Wat wij bieden
