Job description
As an Operational Manager, you will lead and support the production team. You are responsible for the excellent quality of the products and ensuring timely delivery. You will also be responsible for implementing production and cultivation planning. You know how to motivate and inspire your team members and are capable of resolving any conflicts effectively. You replace the General Manager in his absence.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in horticulture (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- Proven leadership skills
- Over 10 years of experience in the horticultural sector
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
