Job description
In this job you are responsible for the daily operational management and you are, among other things, the contact person for the employees (8 permanent employees and 8 temporary employees). You are able to get the best out of your team by using everyone's qualities. Furthermore, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and provide support with, for instance, potting, laying out, sorting, crop care, preparing orders and so on. You understand the importance of properly functioning machines and indicate in time when they require maintenance.
