Job description
Dalat Hasfarm is seeking a CEO who can further shape the strategic direction of the company and take the organization to the next level. As CEO, you will be responsible for formulating and executing the business strategy, driving growth, inspiring your team, and achieving profitability goals. You will work in a dynamic environment and be accountable for all business activities in Vietnam, including strategy, operational execution and meeting financial targets. Your will report to the Group CEO. Your key responsibilities Strategic Leadership: - Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive growth, profitability, and market leadership in Vietnam. - Align local operations with the global vision of the group while understanding the unique market dynamics of Vietnam. Business Growth and Market Expansion: - Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the Vietnamese market, including partnerships, new revenue streams, and market expansion. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as clients, partners, and suppliers. Operational Excellence: - Lead all operational activities, ensuring they run efficiently, are of high quality, and meet global standards. - Drive innovations and process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize performance. Team Leadership and Talent Development: - Build, inspire, and lead a high-performance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. - Attract, develop, and retain top talent, with a focus on succession planning. P&L Management: - Responsible for the P&L of Vietnam and ensure revenue and profitability targets are achieved. Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
What we're looking for
- At least 10 years of experience in the floriculture or agriculture sector, preferably as a CEO, General Manager, or senior executive. - Strong experience in P&L management, driving growth, and operational improvements. - International experience, preferably leading cross-border teams and multi-market operations. - Experience in working with various stakeholders and maintaining the company’s core values - Proven leadership skills and a results-oriented approach, with the ability to turn strategy into execution. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders. - A collaborative culture and a focus on sustainable growth. - Integrity, strong values, and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the willingness to lead by example.
