Job description
We are searching for an Agronomist with a specialization in Data & Analytics to enhance data-driven decision-making in production, pest management, fertigation, and climate control. The ideal candidate will have a strong agronomic background, exceptional analytical skills, and the ambition to grow into a senior technical and operational leadership role. Your key responsibilities are: • Analyze core datasets to optimize production, IPM, fertigation, and climate control • Ensure data integrity and implement improvements for high-quality reporting • Collaborate with departments to translate data insights into practical solutions • Provide weekly reports and train managers on dashboard interpretation • Develop expertise in hydroponic rose cultivation and integrated farm management
What we're looking for
- MSc in Agronomy from a recognized agricultural institution (mandatory) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational data - Knowledge of hydroponic cultivation is a significant advantage - Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and dashboard creation - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required - Strong interest in data-driven farming, innovation and sustainability - Commitment: minimum 3-5 years
