Job description
For this organization, we are looking for a Head of Propagation to manage and optimize greenhouse operations in Kunming. You will lead the production team and ensure that daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with R&D and breeding teams to test and introduce new varieties. Continuous process improvement is an important focus, and you will actively contribute to this.
You will report to the General Manager.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in greenhouse or horticultural production management
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Hands-on mentality with strong attention to detail and quality
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage
- International experience or a background in floriculture is preferred
